This position is fully remote within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), requiring a suitable home office space and availability during U.S. Central Standard Time core hours.

Responsibilities

The Rental Operations team supports business applications for Airport Rental and Home City lines, including web, tablet, mobile, and kiosk solutions. Applicants with experience in rental locations and familiarity with Enterprise Holding’s software are encouraged to apply.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will advocate for customers, ensuring high-quality requirements, proposing improvements, and researching solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, IT leadership, and developers to develop, review, validate, and maintain business and functional requirements. You will lead discussions, drive alignment, evaluate business requests, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities also include participating in testing, mentoring analysts, leading projects, and supporting software deployment efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Reside in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
• Available to work during U.S. Central Standard Time hours
• Committed to security in all decisions
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements documentation, and application development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven initiative and effective time management
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Experience serving as a primary interface between users and IT teams
• Experience with SDLC and developing standards and processes

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Experience with Greenlight, ECARS, Launchpad Rental systems
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with enterprise applications and APIs
