Job summary

GEODIS is looking for a Senior IT Analyst – Systems Operations in Ohio to lead teams through gathering business requirements and defining system specifications for application changes. You will interview stakeholders to document needs and define project scope, while crafting test plans and improving processes that enhance system functionality across our platforms.

The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring reliable operations within a complex logistics technology stack

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
