Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive financial experience; investment banking/private equity preferred.
  • Experience with data centers/colocation is a plus.

Data runs on STACK.THE POSITION:The Sr. Investment Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and will play a central role in portfolio-level financial modeling, performance analysis, and decision support across the business. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between financial performance, operational execution, and strategic objectives. The position also supports equity sponsor reporting and analytics in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.Portfolio Modeling & Decision SupportDevelop and maintain dynamic financial models to support portfolio-level performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Analyze key metrics including ROI, IRR, and MOIC across assets and initiatives, providing clear insights to senior leadership.Equity Sponsor & Executive ReportingSupport recurring and ad hoc requests from equity sponsors, including portfolio performance reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. Assist in preparing board materials, investor updates, and executive-level presentations. Ensure all analyses are accurate, cohesive, and aligned with sponsor expectations and investment frameworks.Cross-Functional Reconciliation & Performance AlignmentAct as a central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to reconcile financial forecasts, operating plans, and actual performance.
