Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Sr. Inventory Analyst to support subledger accounting, monitor inventory transactions across ERP and warehouse systems, and deliver insights that drive financial accuracy.

You will analyze variances, partner with Distribution & Logistics, Finance, and Accounting to improve inventory visibility, and develop documentation for processes and controls. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, analytics, inventory control, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience gathering, transforming, and analyzing large datasets from ERP, warehouse, financial, and digital platforms to drive business insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and inventory control documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory subledger accounting through monitoring, reconciliation, and analysis of inventory transactions across ERP, warehouse systems, and external partner platforms.

• Support special projects and occasional travel as needed.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring to the Table

Salary or Pay Range: $87,000 - $97,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
