Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Colorado seeks an FP&A Analyst to deliver analytical insights for business decisions and support reporting across forecasting cycles.

You will work with senior management and business partners to transform data into actionable recommendations while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics; MBA a plus.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus.
• Expert in building models for analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical insights to support business decisions and process improvements, external financial reporting communications, data mining and various reporting needs.
• Assist in weekly reporting, ensuring Supply Chain Leadership receives timely intra-quarter and in-period results against forecasts, targets, and goals.
• Consolidate Global D&L KPI’s: UPC, Package Prices, Volumes by node, D&L CPP’s, etc.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by transforming data and trends into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Establish trust and communicate effectively with senior management and business partners.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines.
• Partner with the FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request.
• Support the preparation of all financial metrics required for our forecasting cycles with an understanding of risks and opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
• 2+ years of related work experience

Title:FP&A Analyst

Salary or Pay Range: $78,000 - $88,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
