Our Fortune 500 client, one of the world's largest retail companies, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for a 6+ month contract with high potential for extension. This is a 100% remote position (EST/CST only), offering a pay range of $40 - $46/hr on W2.

Responsibilities include:

1. Writing training plans, including key learning points, video scripts, and reinforcement questions for assigned departments.
2. Sending training plans for SME review and updating them based on feedback.
3. Gathering assets from marketing repositories, Lowes.com, etc.
4. Creating voiceovers using AI platforms like Wellsaid.
5. Producing training videos in Adobe Premiere Pro using gathered assets and AI voiceovers.
6. Sending videos for SME review and updating them accordingly.
7. Performing other tasks as assigned.

Required skills (top 3 non-negotiables):

• Training script development
• Reinforcement question development
• Retail experience

Software skills required: Adobe Premiere Pro

Preferred skills:

• Video development using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience working closely with SMEs
• Experience with micro-learning platforms like Axonify
