Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Engineer to join its IAM team within the Information Security department. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, integrate, and deploy Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for geographically dispersed business units for the SailPoint IIQ solution. This role involves working on development, enhancement, and onboarding projects to support LPL’s business ventures. The role requires close collaboration with IAM application developers, vendors, scrum masters, and business stakeholders. It is a highly technical, hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

1. Integrate IIQ solutions with in-house and third-party applications for provisioning, access requests, workflows, etc.
2. Design, implement, and engineer IAM solutions using IIQ technology.
3. Administer and develop IdentityIQ, including onboarding, enhancements, and security improvements.
4. Develop provisioning and de-provisioning workflows for various systems.
5. Configure adapters and connectors for account management across systems.
6. Collaborate with business teams on User Lifecycle Management provisioning.
7. Configure access control roles to meet SOX compliance.
8. Perform after-hours work for escalations, upgrades, and deployments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• At least 4 years of experience with SailPoint IIQ solutions, including UI, connectors, rules, and configurations.
• At least 4 years of programming experience in Java, middleware, SQL, Active Directory, LDAP, etc.
• Experience managing complex directory services and IAM environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate solutions effectively.

Preferences:

• Relevant security and IAM certifications (e.g., CISSP, J2EE).
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Scripting skills (shell/Perl) and LDAP API interfacing.
• Experience with access workflows, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and JIRA.

Pay Range:

$97,725-$162,875/year, with details on factors affecting salary and additional benefits discussed with the recruiter.
