This onsite P2 level position will function in support of the Classified Document Control (CDC) office as part of the Industrial Security team. The Sr. Industrial Security Specialist will be responsible for the proper receipt, dispatch, and accounting of all Department of War classified material for the El Segundo, CA facility in support of multiple business units within Raytheon. This position will wrap, package, receive, dispatch and work with the CDC team to ensure proper handling and dissemination of all classified material along with other duties assigned. Successful candidates will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
