Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in manufacturing.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing performance.
• Drive sustainable operational improvements and implement standardized work practices.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping sessions and facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Lead Root Cause Investigations and apply DMAIC methodology for problem solving.
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs; use statistical tools to support decisions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations Teams.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure sustainment of improvements.
