Description

BillingPlatform is seeking an Implementation Consultant who will guide our customers through their implementation lifecycle. This includes driving business requirement discussions, negotiating sign-off, configuring the product, delivering demos, and documenting testing results for various customer implementations. Daily activities include leading customer-facing sessions, understanding business requirements and desired outcomes, driving best practices, building solutions based on system design, collaborating with internal teams, and communicating status and issues with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with business users to understand processes and key requirements, proactively resolving client issues.
• Drive business process redesign discussions, keeping best practices in mind.
• Document current and future business process flows.
• Create technical documentation, including ERDs, data flow diagrams, and business process flows.
• Participate in creating clear, concise, and complete functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Analyze system specifications and use analysis/diagramming tools to represent processes.
• Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality.
• Maintain understanding of third-party systems and cloud integration methods.
• Train users on BillingPlatform.
• Identify data and system gaps.
• Prepare and perform data conversion requirements.
• Work directly with client implementation teams.
• Assist project managers with documentation and understanding of implementation tasks.
• Analyze and update system configuration to meet business needs.
• Lead in-person and remote sessions with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore configuration teams.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years experience in Business Systems and IT, preferably implementing Quote-to-Cash and billing solutions (Oracle CC&B, NetSuite, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Apttus, etc.).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of billing and monetization landscape.
• Ability to prioritize and escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong experience with business systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Experience in business analysis related to Q2C system implementation.
• Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and working under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional communication.
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Motivated, independent, quick learner.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

The salary range is $120,000 - $160,000 USD plus bonus, depending on experience and location. Salary info complies with state regulations (CA, CO, CT, MD, NV, NY, RI, WA).
