As an Senior Hardware Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative, challenging, and exciting systems in industry right now. You will engage with an experienced team to conceive and design phased arrays aimed at delighting customers with affordable, reliable, high bandwidth connectivity. You will work closely with Amazon Leo’s various sub‑teams and engage third‑party suppliers to drive product definition, design, optimization, implementation, and test. The Senior Hardware Engineer will have a complete understanding of how their design changes impact downstream partners such as operations, supply chain, product management, and reliability. They will make daily high‑value judgements on tactical vs. strategic decisions in order to achieve system performance targets and maintain schedules despite unexpected challenges.

The base salary range for this position is $137,300.00 - $185,700.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
