Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Southeast in Georgia is seeking an HVAC Senior Service Technician to perform service and maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. The role requires travel as needed for projects and hands-on leadership of technicians.

Compensation starts at $45.00+ per hour, with a company vehicle, gas card, iPhone and iPad provided. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diverse systems, document daily activities, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in installation, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Preferred experience with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, or boiler systems.
• EPA Universal certification.
• OSHA 10 certification (provided if needed).
• Ability to lead a small crew of technicians and/or assist with technical questions.

Responsibilities

• Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks within the allotted time.

Compensation

• Wage Range Starting at: $45.00+/hr. based on qualifications & experience


• Company vehicle, gas card, iPhone and iPad provided

Job Duties

• Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely in commercial and industrial settings on various types of split systems, packaged rooftop units, heat pumps, pneumatic, electrical control systems, and other mechanical equipment.


• Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device


• Work independently, and as part of a team, to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame


• Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience installation, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment


• Preferred experience with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, or boiler systems


• EPA Universal certification


• OSHA 10 certification (the company will provide if needed)


• Ability to lead a small crew of technicians and/or assist with technical questions


• Ability to pass a full background, drug screening, and MVR


• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
