Stanford Engineering's Office of the Dean is seeking a Sr. HR & Operations Administrator to provide advanced HR support across a wide range of functions, acting as a trusted partner to staff, managers, Sr. HR Business Partners, and leadership.
The role interprets policies, enhances HR processes, and leverages data for decision-making while ensuring compliance with university and School of Engineering policies and federal and state employment laws.
Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. All candidates must be eligible to work and live in the U.S.. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days per week at the Stanford main campus, subject to operational needs. This position has been deemed critical by the School of Engineering Dean's Office and is exempt from the hiring freeze.

The School of Engineering (SoE), Office of the Dean, is looking for a Sr. Human Resources & Operations Administrator to join our human resources team. The Sr. HR & Operations Administrator will provide advanced HR support across a wide range of functions, acting as a trusted partner to employees, managers, Sr. HR Business Partners, and leadership. The Sr. HR & Operations Administrator will play a key role in interpreting policies, enhancing HR processes, leveraging data for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with University and School of Engineering policies as well as compliance with federal and state employment laws.
The expected pay range for this position is $33.54 to $45.67 per hour.
