TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking a Senior HR Manager for North America Shared Services. This role is integral to setting HR strategy and supporting operations across multiple distribution centers in Dallas, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 in a leadership role, with a strong grasp of multi-state employment laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.
As Senior HR Manager for North America Shared Services, you are the strategic HR business partner and people leader for our corporate office and multiple distribution centers. Partnering closely with operations and corporate leadership, you set HR strategy and deliver hands-on support across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and multi-state compliance for a geographically distributed, largely hourly workforce. This is a high-impact role for a leader who can operate both strategically and tactically, standardize HR practices across sites, and influence at every level.
