Senior Human Resources Generalist

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic initiatives and guide a small HR team at a privately held, mid-sized company with a strong legacy and family-oriented culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to have a direct impact on workforce development, recruitment, performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor HR team members and support leadership across the organization

Oversee and improve HR programs and practices, including performance management, compliance, compensation, and onboarding

Build and execute employee engagement, retention, and outreach strategies

Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, promoting a high-performance, people-centered culture

Partner with Safety and Operations teams to support health and well-being initiatives

What You Bring:

5+ years of HR generalist experience, including 1+ year in a leadership capacity

Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and training

Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office; data-savvy mindset

Ability to lead with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Bonus if you have experience in construction, field-based operations, or a privately owned business

Location: On-site in Maple Grove, MN (with situational remote flexibility)
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 (DOE) + Incentive Plan
