Trinity is looking for a smart, talented, and resourceful Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People team. We are currently embarking on implementing a new, best-in-class, Global HCM platform. The position will lead work streams responsible for planning, designing and testing the new system with a focus on Core HCM, Workday Security and Workday administration. Additionally, the role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify business requirements and recommend effective solutions to meet business needs. After the initial implementation the Analyst will drive continuous process improvements leveraging their Workday HCM expertise to help us build out an optimized HR tech stack to meet Trinity’s current and future growth needs. After the initial implementation the Analyst will drive continuous process improvements leveraging their Workday HCM expertise to help us build out an optimized HR tech stack to meet Trinity’s current and future growth needs. Position Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and execution of Workday HCM implementation and enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and training
- Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of Workday Core and Workday Security, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on Workday HCM functionalities including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Reporting
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to design scalable solutions, improve processes, and deliver exceptional employee experiences
- Monitor and maintain system integrity, ensuring data accuracy and effective integrations with downstream systems
- Stay ahead of Workday releases and proactively recommend opportunities to utilize new functionality for operational efficiency and innovation
- In partnership with People team CoEs, optimize HR processes and guide our HR technology roadmap leveraging Workday HCM-based technology and tools
- Produce and maintain global HR dashboards and analytics for use across all levels and areas of the company
- Create user guides, process documentation, and standard operating procedures for the HRIS function
- Act as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing ongoing support to other system admin users as well as employees
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience with a focus on HCM modules
- Proven success in configuring and implementing Workday HCM in complex, global environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Expert level in Excel
- True sense of pride and ownership in one’s work with a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 - $125,000.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
