The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Company’s HRIS, with a primary focus on UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert and strategic partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and support workforce analytics and compliance.

Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)

  • Serve as the system administrator and subject matter expert for all HRIS applications, with deep expertise in UKG Pro (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Reporting) and UKG Dimensions.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS modules, workflows, security roles, and user access; conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and system compliance.
  • Lead HRIS-related initiatives including system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues and data discrepancies, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
  • Partner with Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure data flow integrity and accurate processing across systems.
  • Develop and generate regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards for HR metrics, compliance (e.g., EEO-1), and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and department leaders to assess system needs and build solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities through system setup, data migration, and integration of new locations and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies by maintaining strong data governance and system security protocols.
  • Serve as a backup to the HRIS peer analyst and act as a strong partner to the HRIS Manager in driving operational excellence and system strategy.
  • Stay current on HRIS best practices, UKG product updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Education and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the management and operations of computing systems and database administration.
  • Hands on experience with UKG PRO Platform required
  • Experience with new system integration preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comprehensive understanding of core HRIS modules including Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Time and Attendance.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced changing environment.
  • Report building capabilities in Business Intelligence or similar HRIS reporting module.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Focused on quality and accuracy and possess a high degree of initiative.
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with greatest degree of initiative.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting
  • The work environment is typical of an office setting. The noise level is usually quiet.
  • Travel requirements less than 10%
