Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to be a key resource for employees and managers across HR functions. You will support, coach, and execute HR programs, while ensuring policy adherence and process improvement in a fast-paced, growing setting.

You will partner with leaders to manage onboarding, performance, relations, and compliance initiatives. A proactive, organized professional will help shape a positive employee experience and scalable HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience assisting various HR functions including onboarding, employee relations support, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to completion.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.
  • Provide mentorship on company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
  • Support managers with performance documentation and corrective action processes.
  • Advance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
  • Process employee status changes and HR transactions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments to support employee needs.
  • Assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Support annual performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
  • Complete HR projects from planning through completion.
  • Support system implementations and policy rollouts.
  • Assist with acquisition integration activities and employee transitions.
  • Find opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
  • Maintain project trackers and ensure deliverables on schedule.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
  • Monitor turnover, hiring, onboarding, and engagement trends.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.

Wealthspire is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Senior Human Resources Generalist to be a key resource for employees and managers across many HR functions. This role involves employee support, performance management, project management, and HR operations. The focus is on providing a positive employee experience, ensuring adherence to policies, and improving processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while working closely with leaders and various teams in a fast-paced, expanding setting.

Key Responsibilities

Employee and Manager Assistance


  • Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.

  • Provide mentorship on company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.

Qualifications

Required


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize various tasks and follow projects through to completion.

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred


  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.

  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or a fast-growing organization.

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
