Location:Hybrid –Kohler, WI Opportunity The Sr HR Generalist serves as astrategic partner to the Category Strategy and Finance organizations in theKitchen and Bath North America business unit, aligning HR initiatives withorganizational goals. The Sr HRG provides expertise in talent management,employee relations, performance management, and organizational development todrive business success. This role collaborates with leadership to foster apositive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Specific Responsibilities
Skills/Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Skills: Technology: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP & Workday), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics too

The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
