A leading company is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide crucial HR support in Rosemont, IL. This role involves managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. As a Senior HR Generalist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function. Your responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives. You will report directly to the HR Services Director and work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.
