Job summary

Honeywell INC. in El Paso, TX seeks a Senior HR Generalist to drive HR initiatives, engage employees, and strengthen workplace culture. You will report to the Director of HR and contribute to talent management, policy implementation, and compliance across manufacturing operations.

You will partner with managers to resolve HR issues, support recruitment, and foster a positive, compliant employment environment in a dynamic, fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Manufacturing HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of human resources across the organization. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

You will report directly to our Director of HR, and you\'ll work out of our El Paso, TX location.

In this role, you will impact the organization by implementing HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and supporting talent management initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues and initiatives.
