The Senior Human Resource Business Partner provides day-to-day consultation in, and facilitates the development, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of human resources programs for the Indiana Department of Corrections. This role provides guidance and consultation on human resource issues, policies and procedures. This position will be located at the Pendleton Correctional Facility.
