Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our San Francisco team and help align people strategies with our fast-growing tech objectives. You will partner with leaders to design organization structure, workforce planning, and talent development while ensuring fair, scalable HR practices across regions.

You will advise managers on performance, engagement, and compliance, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations on hiring, onboarding, and retention.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience supporting engineering teams across multiple geographic locations.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support communication with global teams.

The role

We are seeking a thoughtful and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to join our growing team in San Francisco. This role will collaborate closely with leaders and employees to support a high-performing, inclusive, and globally distributed workforce. The ideal candidate brings experience from fast-growing technology environments and is comfortable partnering with multicultural engineering teams across multiple regions.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to align people strategies with business objectives. You will contribute to organizational design, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring that HR practices are equitable, compliant, and scalable.

Your responsibilities will include:

Base Compensation Range

$144,600 — $180,700 USD
