Job description

About Nebius

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The Team

The newly formed Partner Operations team offers a unique opportunity to help build the operational backbone of Nebius’s rapidly growing partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a collaborative and supportive environment where operational excellence and cross-functional teamwork are key to enabling partner success. As part of a small, high-impact team, you’ll help design data-driven systems, programs, and processes to allow partners to build and scale with Nebius. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on builder to help shape the infrastructure behind a next-generation AI cloud company operating at the forefront of the global AI economy.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Partner GTM Planning & Analytics to serve as the global partner data, planning, and insights lead for Nebius's global partnerships ecosystem. This role will help Nebius scale partner-led growth by building the reports, business models, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and operating insights required to support partner GTM execution across all partner types.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Support annual and quarterly partner planning, including capacity modeling, coverage planning, partner targets, and business case development.
  • Provide structured analysis and recommendations to help leadership assess where to invest across hyperscalers, ISVs, GSIS, resellers, strategic alliances, and marketplace partners.
Partner Analytics, Reporting & Insights
  • Own global partner reporting, dashboards and data analysis across all global partner motions and routes to market.
  • Ensure data and reporting is available across all partner journey stages including partner activation, marketplace readiness, and revenue contribution.
  • Support Partner Marketing and Partner Enablement to evaluate partner accreditation, programs, partner deal registration, and partner demand generation.
  • Build recurring reports for pipeline reviews, QBRs, leadership updates, program performance, and partner operating cadences.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on partner performance, GTM effectiveness, pipeline quality, coverage gaps, partner and program health, and marketplace opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
Partner Programs, Incentives & Business Modeling
  • Support modeling for partner tiers, incentive eligibility, MDF impact, partner benefits, program performance, and partner investment ROI.
  • Support partner team compensation, MBO analysis, and performance tracking in partnership with Revenue Operations, Finance, and leadership.
  • Support Partner Managers and leadership to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, effectiveness, activation, and revenue impact.
AI Workflows & Operational Automation
  • Design and maintain AI-enabled workflows that improve reporting, analysis, planning, and Partner Operations productivity.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for pipeline summaries, business reviews, executive updates, deal review summaries, partner scoring, and account planning insights.
  • Identify manual reporting, analysis, and coordination processes that can be automated using AI tools, agents, BI automation, or workflow automation.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to operationalize AI workflows across PRM, CRM, BI tools, Slack, and other business systems.
Partner Data Stewardship & Cross-Functional Support
  • Serve as the primary partner data and analytics resource for Partner Operations globally.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve partner data quality, attribution logic, reporting consistency, and data governance.
  • Gather inputs from Partner Marketing, Revenue Enablement, RevOps, Sales, Finance, Marketplace, and partner leadership to support business analysis and decision-making.
  • Help define and document business requirements for dashboards, reports, partner KPIs, AI workflows, and partner data needs.
