1. Responsible for the main goals and plans in human resources area, formulate, participate in or assist the upper management to implement relevant policies and systems;

2. Responsible for the daily management of human resources department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of employees in various departments;

3. Responsible for the implementation of the company's human resources strategy;

4. Planning, guiding, supervising, and coordinating the management of the employment, benefits, training, performance, and employee relations of US local employees;

5. Analyze relevant data, conduct enterprise human resource diagnosis, and improve relevant policies;

6. Other work arranged by the leader.

Requirements

1. Undergraduate degree or above, major in human resources or economics and management is preferred

2. Work experience in local human resources, able to speak Mandarin

3. Willing to take the initiative to learn, bear hardships and stand hard work, strong adaptability

4. Strong communication, coordination and overall management skills, cheerful personality, good team management skills

5. Familiar with human resources work, especially good at employee relations and performance administration experience will be preferred.
