Job Summary

The Human Resources Plant Leader is the key HR strategic business partner within the Life Science Solutions plant in Noblesville, IN. This role will develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies, talent and labor management and strategic support for both salaried and hourly roles. This role is plant-based.

This site has 3 buildings supporting manufacturing, warehouse, and office space producing equipment supporting healthcare and Biopharma industries. As the primary site of this business unit, this role offers an opportunity to lead a team of HR professionals, engage with operations leaders, and provide exceptional HR support.

Responsibilities
  • Act as key HR strategic business partner with leadership teams to develop and execute organizational strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on talent, organizational change, human capital, labor relations, and employee engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with operations, HR colleagues, and experts to effectively deliver on business objectives and resolve issues.
  • Serve as a credible coach and confidante to leadership, and as an employee advocate.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals, developing HR capabilities.
  • Align HR strategies with business strategies and provide insights into key business issues.
  • Develop and implement HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business goals, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Guide leadership on talent development and succession planning to build capabilities and bench strength.
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive cultural transformation supporting Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Collaborate with peer HR leaders to share best practices and initiatives.
  • Coach managers on organizational development matters.
  • Support employee engagement strategies to enhance organizational performance.
  • Advise on total rewards strategies and programs.
  • Promote operational excellence through innovation, efficiency, and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ HR experience.
  • SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
  • Strong business partnering skills.
  • Proven strategic thinking and change management results.
  • Experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate integrity.
  • Analytical skills for HR metrics and strategic planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation

Base pay range: $120,000 - $170,000. Total compensation includes incentives. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience.
