The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a leader responsible for driving HR functions regionally. This role involves collaborating with operational, clinical, and corporate leaders to address HR needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Lead or support initiatives on performance and talent, including selection, onboarding, training, coaching, leadership development, retention, communication, and employee relations.
  2. Partner with COEs to design and execute talent development programs, identify key talent, and create career pathways.
  3. Assist leaders in providing development opportunities aligned with performance standards.
  4. Review business performance targets and develop strategies to address talent implications.
  5. Support workforce management through forecasting and planning talent needs.
  6. Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  7. Work with leadership to improve selection and coaching of providers and center leaders.
  8. Develop initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  9. Guide leadership on effective practices and change management.
  10. Ensure HR services align with client needs and support organizational change initiatives.
  11. Provide direct services to leadership teams and act as a liaison with HR COEs.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Understanding of HR initiatives linked to business strategy.
  • Ability to influence and develop actionable strategies.
  • Data analysis and trend recognition skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines including total rewards, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
  • Leadership and culture-building abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and integrity.
  • Ability to engage and connect with others naturally.
  • Effective training development and delivery skills.
  • Cross-cultural work experience.
  • Self-motivated team player with good time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%. Role is not remote.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
