This opportunity is also open to candidates wanting to work Hybrid* Manage all phases on highway projects including planning, design, and construction* Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals* Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and help build and strengthen new client relationships* Provide valuable mentorship to junior engineers and designers**Essential Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering* Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of IN* Strong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction* experience on INDOT projects**Preferred Qualifications:*** A minimum of twelve (12) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and construction* A minimum of five (5) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction* Knowledgeable of Indiana regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base* Previous experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals* Must reside in the state of Indiana or surrounding areas* Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, etc**Who We Are**Better Places.
