This role will focus on development and integration of electrical and mechanical systems for our fleet of Vehicles.

Key job responsibilities:

- Lead Engineer responsible for developing and improving electro-mechanical systems across the supply chain network.
- Drive large-scale projects independently, focusing on business-critical systems and company-wide compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural feedback
• Architect complex systems using advanced engineering principles
• Coordinate between technical teams, business units, and vendors
• Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines
• Develop solutions using Lean Manufacturing principles
• Create technical documentation and business cases

Technical Leadership:

• Guide engineering best practices and department technology strategies
• Evaluate and integrate vendor solutions
• Map system requirements
• Work with MHE and packaging systems

Tools & Skills:

• MS Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Projects
• Project management and budget control
• Vendor management and contract documentation
• Cross-functional team leadership

Works autonomously with significant decision-making authority. Decisions directly impact business goals and department success. Requires creative problem-solving and strong technical judgment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
- Experience with the project management of technical projects

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600/year in our highest geographic market.
