POSITION SUMMARY

As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you'll be central to how we grow our member base. You'll run, test, and tune campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, and more) and programmatic, and partner day to day with Analytics, Creative, and Product to design rigorous tests that move growth faster. You'll also own our paid social AI workflows and insight reporting, and shape where they go next. We're looking for someone fluent in mobile attribution and incrementality testing who has built real experimentation roadmaps, not just run one-off tests.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,849-$199,037, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View that requires in-office work 2 days a week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Optimize through data: Use performance data and insights to refine campaigns, test new channels, and improve creative, so every dollar drives incremental growth.
• Lead experimentation and measurement: Build, prioritize, and run new user acquisition initiatives, with structured measurement frameworks behind each one.
• Launch new products: Own campaign execution, forecasts, and growth experiments for new product launches, working with cross-functional partners to hit efficiency and conversion targets.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Analytics, Creative, and Product so paid social stays tied to business goals.
• Drive creative testing: Partner with Creative to develop and test ad concepts, keep a structured creative learning agenda, and scale winning formats across channels.
• Accelerate agentic workflows: Build and iterate on AI workflows that surface performance insights faster. Experience creating agents or sub-agents is a strong plus.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2C growth marketing for a mobile-first company.
• Proven track record running and optimizing campaigns across paid social and programmatic channels.
• Strong analytical skills (incrementality testing, MMM, marginal CAC) and the judgment to turn data into better performance.
• Deep experience with mobile attribution and MMPs.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and hands‑on execution.
• A collaborative mindset and a track record of working across teams toward shared goals.
• Clear, confident presenting of performance insights and strategy to cross‑functional partners and senior leadership.
• A proactive, self‑driven approach to testing ideas and building new processes.
• A genuine interest in helping build a financial system that works for everyone.
