This role is responsible for driving growth and brand engagement strategies in partnership with ERA Real Estate franchisees within a defined territory (the “Book of Business”).

The focus of this role is on three primary pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization, aimed at achieving specific performance metrics and delivering a world-class customer experience. The position will manage assigned processes and projects independently under leadership guidance.

This position is remote with up to 25% travel, ideally located on the West Coast of the US (Pacific and Mountain Time Zones), with consideration for candidates in the Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities
  • Support high-expectation organizations focusing on top-tier franchises to drive growth and engagement.
  • Partner with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets, develop growth strategies, and present at brand events.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth, strategic consolidations, M&A, and roll-in events.
  • Drive metrics such as agent recruiting, retention, per-agent production, gross commissions, transaction sides, franchise sales, and brand engagement.
  • Develop strategies to expand franchise footprints and increase market share.
  • Lead consulting engagements involving financial analysis, expense management, and business planning to grow revenue.
  • Conduct business planning and benchmarking to set strategic goals for franchisees.
  • Build brand engagement in collaboration with Vice President and Brand Leadership.
  • Ensure brand leadership involvement in key franchise matters.
  • Identify and escalate franchise profile movements to the Vice President.
  • Conduct virtual sessions on industry and brand topics.
  • Manage compliance, contractual changes, approvals, and issues within the Book of Business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of business consulting or coaching experience, preferably with large, complex brokerages or businesses.
  • Proven success in driving growth and profitability.
  • Ability to understand franchisee goals and support business growth.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate or franchising industries.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, technologies, and practices is advantageous.
  • Strong influencing, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strategic, creative problem-solving, and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and change management skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, focused on results measurement.
  • Reside near a major airport with up to 25% travel capacity.
