Job Title: Senior Growth Consultant, ERA Real Estate

The Senior Growth Consultant will be responsible for driving growth and brand engagement strategies in partnership with ERA Real Estate franchisees within a designated territory, focusing on three main areas: Retention, Growth, and Optimization. The role involves managing processes and projects independently under leadership guidance.

This is a remote position requiring up to 25% travel, ideally based on the West Coast of the United States (Pacific and Mountain Time Zones), with consideration for candidates in the Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities
  1. Support high-expectation organizations, focusing on top-tier franchises to foster growth and engagement.
  2. Lead field support by collaborating with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets, develop strategies, and participate in presentations and events.
  3. Identify growth opportunities through organic gain, strategic consolidation, M&A, and roll-in events.
  4. Drive key metrics including agent recruiting, retention, production, gross commissions, transaction sides, franchise sales, and brand engagement.
  5. Develop strategies to expand franchise footprints and increase market share.
  6. Lead complex consulting projects involving financial analysis, expense management, and business planning to enhance revenue.
  7. Conduct business planning and benchmarking to set strategic goals for franchisees.
  8. Build brand engagement alongside Vice President and Brand Leadership.
  9. Ensure involvement of brand leadership in critical franchise matters.
  10. Identify and escalate franchise profile movements for review.
  11. Conduct virtual sessions on industry and brand topics.
  12. Manage compliance, contractual changes, deal approvals, and related issues within the Book of Business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting or coaching, preferably with large, complex brokerages or businesses.
  • Proven success in driving growth and profitability.
  • Ability to understand franchisee goals and support their business growth.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate or franchising industries.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends, technologies, and practices is advantageous.
  • Strong influencing, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strategic, creative problem-solving and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational, change management, and communication skills.
  • Goal-focused with a results-driven approach.
  • Reside near a major airport with the ability to travel up to 25%.
