Job summary

LOFT, a fashion brand, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead seasonal campaigns and brand enhancement. You will craft concepts, assemble presentations, and support editorial shoots from pre- to post-production, with emphasis on direct mail and catalog design.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in fashion/retail design, strong typography, and a collaborative mindset. This is a hybrid role based in New York, with benefits including merchandise discounts and full employee programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience at a similar brand in fashion/retail or equivalent agency experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong design and typography skills; ability to identify and curate fashion imagery inspiration.
• In-depth knowledge of digital design and how to apply an idea to each platform.
• Must clearly articulate and present creative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute seasonal campaigns from initial concept to final deliverables.
• Create compelling presentations for creative concepts.
• Design print collateral, including direct mail and catalog pieces.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing team; multi-task across projects.
• Create and ideate social content as needed.
• Maintain high creative standards and positive work environment.

This includes having a talented eye for pulling fashion inspiration, creating compelling presentations, and providing support for editorial shoots from pre-production to post-production. This role also requires experience in print design, specifically for direct mail and catalog collateral.
