ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Digital Experience team. You will design on-brand assets for websites, apps, emails, social, banners, and print packaging in an ecommerce-driven environment.

You will translate wireframes into intuitive interfaces, maintain brand guidelines, and collaborate with Front-End developers. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, with experience in CMS tools and marketing automation helpful.

Qualifications

• 5+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at an agency or in-house design team for a product-driven business.
• Experience designing for responsive websites and promotional advertising.
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
• Proficient at using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Design and execute creative assets for in-house private brand product launches across websites, landing pages, catalogs, social, banners, emails, and packaging.

ADI Global Distribution is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer as an essential member of the Digital Experience team. The position is responsible for delivering effective and aesthetic on-brand and on-strategy creative assets for websites, mobile apps, landing pages, product graphics, emails, social media, banners, ads and other customer touchpoints such as print pieces and packaging — all within a growing ecommerce-driven environment.

Job Duties:

• Design and execute compelling creative assets for in-house private brand product launches. Individual pieces would include informational websites, landing pages, product graphics, online catalogs, social media graphics and promotional banners, digital signage, email campaigns, product slicks and packaging
• Create and translate wireframes into simple, intuitive and easy-to-use graphical interfaces for responsive websites and other digital platforms
• Work within and help refine our corporate design guidelines
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all digital customer touchpoints
• Maintain, update and publish content on the company's websites using our CMS tools
• Ensure timely and accurate production of your work
• Perform image editing such as shadowing, cropping, resizing, versioning and optimizing for web and print
• Flex your creative skills designing our holiday, promotional and sales campaigns and initiatives
• Follow brand guidelines and work within templates where applicable

You Must Have:

• 5+ years successful professional design experience, preferably at an agency or in-house design team for a product-driven business

• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design
• Proficient at using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

We Value:

• Experience with publishing web content via CMS tools, experience with Optimizely Spire is a plus
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront or Wrike
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, FTP and development principles — able to work with Front-End Developers
• Experience designing emails in a marketing automation (ERP) system like Marketo
• Deep knowledge of web and print design including product packaging
• An eye for selecting engaging, appropriate images to accompany text
• Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution
• Team player that collaborates well with other designers including assisting Jr Designers
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability with a professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
