Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a senior IT and Enterprise Transformation leader to head the Office of the CIO in Irving, TX. You will drive strategic planning, governance, and executive communications while aligning major programs with business priorities and budgets.

Collaborate with the Board, Executive Leadership Team, and Investors, and spearhead AI enablement, cybersecurity, and data initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, business transformation, strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive execution across complex organizations.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios and strategic programs.

JOB DUTIES:

• Drive strategic planning, annual objectives, leadership reviews, and executive communications.

• Coordinate Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and Investor Day technology materials.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CIO.

Office of the CIO Leadership

• Lead the Office of the CIO and manage the overall operating cadence of the IT organization.

• Drive strategic planning, annual objectives, leadership reviews, and executive communications.

• Coordinate Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and Investor Day technology materials.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CIO.

Enterprise Transformation

• Lead governance and execution oversight for major technology and business transformation initiatives.

• Ensure strategic programs remain aligned to business priorities, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes.

• Drive cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and executive decision-making.

Key initiatives may include:

• ERP modernization and consolidation

• Enterprise Data Management and Master Data Management initiatives

• AI enablement and automation

• Cybersecurity transformation

• Infrastructure modernization

• Digital business initiatives

• M&A integration and separation activities

• Enterprise architecture transformation

• Portfolio, Governance & Value Realization

• Establish enterprise portfolio governance and prioritization processes.

• Drive investment planning and resource allocation decisions.

• Monitor initiative performance, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable value and support company objectives.

• Organizational Effectiveness

• Improve operational performance, accountability, and execution discipline across IT.

• Establish executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance management processes.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness and delivery excellence.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, business transformation, strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles.

Hiring Salary Range The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $236,993 to $347,590 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, our company determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.

Incentive Eligible (RBP) This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 40% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.

Annual Equity Awards You will be eligible for an annual equity grant, consisting of time-based restricted stock units based on individual and Company performance.
