Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Print Team. You will shape the consumer experience through in-store signage, window graphics, packaging, and collateral, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to uphold high standards across physical environments.

You will translate concepts into production-ready art, manage large-format files, and contribute to catalogs, lookbooks, and brand toolkits while mentoring junior designers and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent in experience.
• 5+ years design experience in retail, agency, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio in retail design, layout, typography, packaging, and large-format applications.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Figma.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Art Director in developing store creative assets, imagery, signage, displays, and wholesale environments.
• Design concepts and translate into mechanics files, die-lines, and production-ready artwork for retail formats.
• Prepare and export large-format print and CAD files for Vuori store locations.
• Develop product marketing storytelling through catalogs and lookbooks.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams for consistent brand expression.
• Assist in brand visualization toolkits, packaging, hangtags, and in-store collateral.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with external vendors and creatives for accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Contribute to spatial planning and store layouts focusing on customer flow.
• Support on-site retail buildouts by executing design vision and installations.
• Maintain design libraries, templates, and assets for team use.
• Provide trend research to evolve in-store storytelling and customer engagement.
• Guide junior designers and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Present work clearly to stakeholders and partners, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer on Vuori’s Print Team, you will play a key role in shaping how the consumer experiences the Vuori brand within the print medium, including but not limited to the in-store and wholesale customer experience, events, and in-mail catalogs. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you’ll be responsible for designing and producing retail signage, window graphics, POP displays, packaging, and collateral that bring our brand to life across physical environments. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure creative execution meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.

What you'll get to do:

• Support the Art Director in the development and execution of all store creative assets, including in-store imagery, signage, window displays, tradeshow and wholesale environments, and NSO barricades.
• Design original concepts and translate them into mechanical files, die-lines, and production-ready artwork across a range of retail formats.
• Prepare, manipulate, and batch export large-format print files and CAD files for use across all Vuori store locations.
• Design and develop product marketing story-telling through the printed catalogs and lookbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand expression and high-quality execution across all physical touchpoints.
• Assist in the development of brand visualization toolkits, product packaging, hangtags, and in-store collateral.
• Review vendor documents and drawings (fixtures, furniture, signage, etc.) and partner with external vendors and creatives to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Contribute to spatial planning and store layouts with a focus on customer flow and localized in-store experiences.
• Support on-site retail buildouts by executing the design vision and assisting with fixture and graphic installation.
• Maintain and organize design libraries, templates, and assets for team use.
• Provide creative input and trend research to evolve in-store storytelling and enhance customer engagement.
• Guide and support junior designers when appropriate, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
• Present work clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience preferred
• 5+ years of professional design experience within an agency, in-house team, or lifestyle/fashion brand environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in retail design, layout, typography, packaging, and large-format applications
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Figma
• Deep understanding of print production processes, including large-format printing, file setup, and fabrication techniques
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, with experience creating documents for vendors and fabricators
• Familiarity with retail fixture systems, in-store construction, materials, and visual merchandising standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills; confident presenting and defending creative work
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a drive to elevate creative output and push concepts forward
• Ability to visualize and communicate ideas quickly through sketching or rapid concept development

The salary range for this role is $86,000 per year - $98,000 per year.This role is bonus eligible.
