Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks an experienced technical lead to drive software projects end-to-end. The role requires GoLang and React expertise, with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes Engine, and GitHub-based workflows.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high performance, security, and scalable solutions across Windows and Mac OS environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in GoLang and React.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Postman is a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of technical projects using GoLang, Websockets, and Restful APIs; Windows and Mac OS knowledge.
• Perform and oversee the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure that all software solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to management.
