Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced software lead in Atlanta to drive development across GoLang and frontend React. You will architect, implement and deploy scalable cloud-native solutions, mentor teammates, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.

You will oversee code reviews, security and performance standards, and delivery of features using CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software development and delivery.
• Proven experience leading technical projects with GoLang and web tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of technical projects using GoLang, Websockets, and Restful APIs.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of software solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in GoLang, React is a must
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform, Google Kubernetes Engine, GitHub, Helm Charts is required
• Should be able to configure ci-cd pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Experience with tools like Postman is added advantage
• Should have experience in Agile, tools like Jira, Confluence
• Lead the development and implementation of technical projects using GoLang, Websockets, and Restful APIs, windows OS and Mac OS knowledge
• Perform and oversee the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure that all software solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to management
