You'll provide broad HR support-spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes-while partnering closely with business leaders to shape a growing site. This is a temporary position with an approximate length of 2 years, based on business needs.

This role supports the execution of people processes, workforce initiatives, talent acquisition activities, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HR programs, and organizational priorities. Working closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business leaders, the position helps deliver consistent and effective HR support while ensuring a positive employee and manager experience. This role works closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other PPC subject matter experts to support the successful execution of people initiatives, workforce priorities, and employee lifecycle processes across the organization.
Solid experience in the field of Human Resources. Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, onboarding, workforce administration, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, or people programs. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or operational environments. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Experience utilizing HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
