Sr GCP Architect

Work Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Experience with On-Premises to Google Cloud migration experience
• Kubernetes Administration, Manifest Creation, Understanding of Ingress-Egress and network policies
• Understanding of Anthos Config Management
• Hands-on expertise on Google Cloud services such as GKE, Compute Engine, AlloyDB, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, VPCs, Container orchestration, etc.
• Design and implement highly resilient, scalable, secure cloud architectures using Google Cloud services
• Expertise in implementing security, identity, and network services such as IAM, Firewalls, and VPCs
• Lead migration projects - on-premises systems to Google Cloud Platform, Hybrid architectures
• Good exposure to enterprise practices, architectural principles, compliance such as HIPAA, etc.
• Act as mentor to multi-disciplinary teams and guide during day-to-day work
• Provide technical and thought leadership
• Hands-on experience in creating PO
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
• Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including internal and external stakeholders, such as leadership, customers, and vendors
• Understand business requirements and translate them into cloud architecture solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation including technical design documents, SoWs, transformation roadmaps, etc.
