Job description

• We are looking for a Senior Game Developer to design, develop, and optimize engaging games for mobile, web, and interactive digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience with game engines, gameplay mechanics, physics, animation systems, multiplayer logic, performance optimization, and production level game development.
• This role is built for someone who can take a game idea from concept to playable experience.
• The right candidate should understand both creativity and performance, with strong controls, smooth gameplay, clean code, optimized assets, engaging progression, and a solid technical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D games for mobile, web, desktop, and interactive platforms.
• Build gameplay systems, character controls, camera systems, levels, physics, animations, UI interactions, rewards, and progression mechanics.
• Work with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game development engines depending on project needs.
• Convert game design documents, wireframes, and prototypes into functional gameplay experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and animators to integrate assets, environments, characters, effects, and sound.
• Optimize games for performance, frame rate, loading speed, memory usage, and device compatibility.
• Implement game logic for missions, levels, scoring, achievements, inventory, leaderboards, and in game economies.
• Support multiplayer, matchmaking, real time communication, and backend integration where required.
• Debug gameplay issues, crashes, animation glitches, UI problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate analytics, ads, in app purchases, push notifications, and third party SDKs when required.
• Maintain clean, reusable, scalable, and well documented game code.
• Participate in testing, balancing, user feedback review, and post launch improvements.
• Guide junior developers and support better technical decision making across game projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of professional game development experience.
• Strong experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, C sharp, C plus plus, or other game development technologies.
• Proven experience building and launching mobile or web based games.
• Strong understanding of game physics, animation, UI systems, gameplay loops, performance optimization, and asset management.
• Experience with 2D games, 3D games, casual games, simulation games, multiplayer games, or AR VR experiences is a plus.
• Knowledge of backend integration, APIs, cloud saves, leaderboards, player accounts, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work with game designers and artists to turn creative direction into working gameplay.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills.
• Good understanding of app store release processes and game monetization models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
