Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to drive global deployments from a remote setting with travel to client sites in the EST time zone. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on implementation and support, including at least four full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

You will lead delivery across multiple modules, mentor teams, and ensure successful project outcomes while communicating effectively with both technical and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM implementation/support experience as Functional Consultant.
• Minimum 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as Functional Consultant.
• Experience in at least 4 modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, or OTL.
• Strong data migration and data loading experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership with delivery responsibility.

Job description

Remote with travel as needed by client. Need to work EST time zone.

At least 8+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications as Functional Consultant.

At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, working as a Functional Consultant.

Experience in any 4 modules from the list below is mandatory

1. Core HR (MUST)

2. Absence Management

3. Talent Management

4. Workforce Compensation

6. OTL - Oracle Time & Labor

• Good understanding on Data Migration and loading.
• Hands-on experience on Redwood/VBCS(MUST)
• Experience in other modules will be added advantage.
• Should have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and must have led teams in the implementation of solutions according to the design and architecture.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Should have a proven track record of leadership and team management, demonstrating the ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes while performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
• At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, working as a Functional Consultant.
