Sonata Software (SonataOne) is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst for Oracle Fusion H2R in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on leading end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion H2R modules, with cross-functional collaboration across tracks such as O2C, S2P, and R2R.

The analyst will serve as a SME, coordinating with business stakeholders, SI partners, and development tracks to deliver a scalable Oracle solution that aligns with client processes.

Job Description

Job Title: SrFunctional Analyst Oracle Fusion - H2R

Location: Irvine, CA (3-4days work from office)

Duration: 6 MonthsContract to hire

Purpose of the job

The Senior FunctionalAnalyst – Oracle H2R will lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoingmanagement of Client’ Oracle Fusion Hire to Retire (H2R) initiatives with crossfunctional interactions across tracks like O2C, S2P, R2R. This role will be responsiblefor the entire delivery of systems solutions: Requirements, Fit-Gap assessment,Solution Designs, Configurations, Business process flow setups, Implementation,Cutover, Validation, and Operational maintenance of H2R track modules andcustom extensions, ensuring they are tightly aligned with both the OracleFusion platform and Client’ business processes.

The role will be a SME forthe H2R track collaborating closely with business stakeholders and crossfunctional teams, translating business needs into robust, efficient systemsolutions. In addition, the role will be the key coordinator working closely withvarious development tracks and SI partners in delivering a stable, scalable,user-friendly Oracle solution ensuring the HCM platform consistently deliversmeasurable value to the organization. The position will also be responsible inleading the product roadmap aligned with Client’ vision, industry bestpractices, and emerging technology advancements driving the success of Client’Oracle Fusion initiatives.

Functional Expertise -Oracle Fusion (Primary - H2R)

End to endsolutions/system designs across H2R Track and related custom extension/apps.

Define Business processcycles and related cross module/external interfaces & integrations.

Build system solutionsusing CEMLI (configurations, extensions, modifications, localizations &integrations)

Business Engagement& Partnership.

Partner with businessstakeholders, understand the various systems and business processes, establisha continuous cadence.

Leading Workshops andInterviews: Facilitating interactive sessions, interviews, and surveys withdiverse stakeholders.

Close coordination withBusiness and other functional stakeholder - Planning, executing UATs, Systemvalidation, Production deployments.
