We’re seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to help architect, build, and scale our client’s next-generation commercial lending platform. The ideal candidate thrives across the stack—from infrastructure to UX—and brings hands-on experience developing secure, modern financial systems. You’ll play a key role in solving complex backend and frontend challenges while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using frameworks such asDjango, Rails, NodeJS, and ReactJS
• Develop APIs and backend systems inPython, Ruby, Java, and JavaScript
• Orchestrate infrastructure usingTerraformand AWS services likeS3, SQS, DynamoDB
• Integrate with third-party platforms, includingSalesforce, Auth0, Azure Active Directory, and industry APIs
• Build and optimize background task processing with tools likeCeleryandSidekiq
• Monitor application performance and reliability usingDatadog, Splunk, HoneyBadger

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in a full stack engineering role
• Proficiency inPython, JavaScript, Node.JS, React
• Fluency with datastores likePostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch
• Deep understanding of cloud-native systems, particularly within theAWS ecosystem
• Strong fundamentals in writing scalable, maintainable, and testable code
• Ability to move quickly and solve problems independently

Preferred Experience:

• Worked infintech environments, particularly with systems related topayments,open banking, andmodern financial APIs
• Experience developing or customizingopen-source ERP platforms
• Familiarity with security best practices in financial or enterprise software
• Passion for developer experience and system observability
