Responsibilities
We are seeking passionate FullStack Software Developers to join a new project that will modernize a web-based .NET system into the Azure Cloud using cutting-edge technologies. The project aims to automate manual customer processes within an Agile framework with DevSecOps practices.
What will you do:
- Collaborate with the customer and technical team to translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
- Support Agile processes, including backlog planning, work item refinement, and story point analysis.
- Ensure User Stories have clear acceptance criteria and meet these criteria upon completion.
- Demonstrate completed work to the customer at the end of each sprint.
- Participate in sprint retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Design software solutions using industry-standard patterns and best practices.
- Adhere to secure coding standards.
- Develop automated unit and integration tests for CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide operational support to ensure deployed software meets all requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience automating and modernizing IT solutions.
- Proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud migrations, microservices, virtualization, and containerization.
- Programming experience in Angular, Java, Spring Boot within Visual Studio IDE.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to obtain necessary security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile Certification.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Application as Code (AaC), Security as Code (SaC), and Configuration as Code (CaC).
- Experience with code refactoring tools like Figma UI Toolkit, Visual UI Builder, etc.
- Experience with TDD, Junit, SonarQube, Mockito.
- Experience with testing tools like Jmeter, Selenium, Playwright.
- Experience with automation tools like Splunk, Cloud APIs, and document generation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for sprint management.

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000, based on experience and other factors.
