Qu is seeking a front-end engineer to drive the development of a new web app focused on Energy & Equipment Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building responsive SaaS dashboards, as well as a strong background in web performance optimization and API integration. At Qu you will:

• Own the front-end architecture for the new Energy & Equipment Intelligence web app, establishing patterns, tooling, and component libraries in Vue 3/TypeScript
• Implement responsive, mobile-first UIs that present real-time device data, analytics dashboards, and interactive HVAC/thermostat controls
• Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, defining clean, versioned interfaces and state-management strategy (Pinia/Redux)
• Design and implement elegant, clean, high-performance software
• Drive performance, accessibility, and test coverage goals; introduce lighthouse audits, code-splitting, and E2E tests
• Mentor the junior engineers, collaborate daily with Product, Design, and QA
• Take ownership of the products and features you are working on

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record shipping responsive SaaS dashboards that stream or poll real-time data
• Experienced writing clean code and using design patterns and frameworks
• Experience building for Tablets and Mobile Devices
• Comfortable building commercial, enterprise software in CI/CD environments
• Hands-on experience integrating with AWS services (Cognito/SSO, API Gateway, S3,CloudFront) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform)
• Strong grasp of web performance optimization, unit/E2E testing (Vitest, Cypress/Playwright)
• Comfortable working with and testing 3rd party APIs
• Comfortable designing complex and large web systems
• Experience building with React

Bonus Points:

• Experience building with Angular
• Knowledge of GraphQL implementation
• Development experience in .NET, C#
• Experience with hardware integration or IoT applications
