Location: Remote (Preference for candidates local to Denver or San Francisco — hybrid schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs in-office)

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a newly formed team supporting enterprise-level applications. As one of the first developers on this team, you’ll be expected to take initiative, demonstrate autonomy, and show a strong desire to understand and improve business processes. You’ll play a critical role in solving complex business challenges and improving system stability and performance.

This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools like Azure App Insights, and proficiency with Redgate SQL tools. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, and be able to develop strategies to reduce system downtime and mitigate performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently and collaboratively within a new team to build and support enterprise solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot application and system performance using Azure App Insights or similar tools
• Use Redgate SQL tools for database analysis and deployment
• Develop and maintain plans to manage system stress and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, story creation, and sprint planning
