We are looking for an innovative Senior FPGA Engineer to develop high-performance, real-time digital solutions that power our cutting-edge instruments. If you're passionate about designing FPGA-based systems that drive scientific breakthroughs, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll DoAs a Senior FPGA Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our technology, developing and optimizing Verilog/VHDL FPGA pipelines for real-time signal and image processing, instrument control, and high-speed data acquisition. Your expertise will ensure that our cytometers deliver exceptional accuracy and efficiency for researchers worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and verify complex digital systems using Verilog HDL for FPGA platforms.
Optimize performance through timing analysis, resource management, and power estimation.
Implement and debug real-time digital signal processing algorithms and control systems.
Collaborate with electronics engineers to integrate analog and digital components.
Develop interfaces for high-speed ADCs, DACs, and data acquisition systems.
Perform system-level testing and board bring-up for FPGA-based designs.
Create verification and test plans to ensure reliable system performance.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's/Ph.D. preferred).
Solid understanding of digital design principles, including state machine design and pipelining.
Experience developing new FPGA components and maintaining existing systems.
Knowledge of microprocessors and CUDA software development is a plus.
Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, SFP+) is a bonus.
