Broan NuTone in Hartford, WI is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the FP&A Director, this role will support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management while partnering with Operations, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights that support business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Manufacturing/operations analytics exposure is a plus.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to align financial performance with strategic priorities.
• Provide forward-looking insights, scenario modeling, and recommendations to leaders.
• Forecast, budget, and consolidate quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards with financial narratives.
• Lead process improvements and drive automation in FP&A.
