Job summary

Broan‑NuTone LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Pro Channel to drive financial excellence within the North American Commercial Finance team. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance professionals to influence financial outcomes and strategic planning.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, forecasting, and process improvements, with impact on budgets, forecasts, and monthly close. Onsite at our Hartford, WI headquarters with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Excel, ERP systems, and Financial Reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships and serve as the finance partner for North American Sales and Marketing teams.
• Update financial calculations and forecasts in project team meetings.
• Provide timely financial support during monthly close and ad-hoc business needs.
• Own the Return & Allowance process ensuring customer rebate accruals and payments are accurate.

As a Finance Sr Analyst at Broan‑NuTone, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence within our North American Commercial Finance team. Collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals, you will be at the forefront of impactful initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Job Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships and serve as the finance partner for the North American Sales and Marketing teams to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and accuracy.
• Actively participate in project team meetings and updating financial calculations and forecasts.
• Provide timely financial support during monthly close, reporting cycles, and ad-hoc business needs.
• Own the Return & Allowance process ensuring customer rebate accruals and payments are accurate, timely, and complete.
• Analyze sales and SG&A results, identifying risks, trends, pricing impacts, and opportunities.
• Provide clear and concise monthly financial summaries, empowering teams to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with department partners to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for sales and marketing.
• Ensure stakeholders understand their financial results and assumptions.
• Assist Vice Presidents and Directors with SG&A planning and spend reviews.
• Participate actively in the strategic planning process, providing accurate financial modeling and updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Finance, reporting processes, and the Pro segment.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance transparency in reporting and incentives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Strong Excel, ERP systems, Financial Reporting proficiency.
• Analytical skills to decipher complex data and present actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and sales teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines, handle sensitive conversations, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office required and PowerBI a plus.
